The Park Hyatt Hotel in Zurich acquired a set of premium designed gift bags to complement their service offering. They received 3 sizes to meet their customer gifting needs; small, medium and large collections.

The Steps To Our Creation

Project Brief

Park Hyatt Zurich wanted a gifting solution that felt truly premium, something guests would immediately associate with refined Swiss hospitality.

The brief called for luxury gift bags that could be used for welcome gifts and special occasions, with a strong focus on elegant presentation, flawless finishes, and brand consistency.

Discovery

We started with a detailed discovery to understand how the bags would be used in real life: guest journey touchpoints, typical contents, handling by staff, storage constraints, and expected quantities.

We discussed the desired look & feel (minimal, timeless, high-end), reviewed brand guidelines, and aligned on key decisions like bag sizes, paper weight, handle type, color matching, printing method, and finishing details.

Conceptualization

Based on the brief, we developed several design directions and translated them into clear mockups that showed proportions, logo placement, and visual balance.

We tested multiple layouts, refined typography and spacing, and proposed premium finishing options such as embossing/debossing, hot foil stamping, soft-touch lamination, and reinforced handles.

Production and Delivery

Once the design was approved, we moved into manufacturing with strict quality control at each stage: materials selection, print accuracy, finishing, assembly, and packaging.

We ensured consistent color, clean edges, strong structure, and a polished tactile feel that communicates luxury the moment it’s held. Finally, we coordinated delivery so the bags arrived on time, in perfect condition, and ready to be used immediately by the hotel team for guest gifting.
